Joking aside, an interactive DVD adaptation of Quizmania could work out quite entertaining, if it's done right.

If they did an interactive DVD of "The Mint", it could include interactive versions of Cat Porter and/or Yiolanda!

I think they might've gone a bit too far with Christmas decorations - but it's definitely better than the "decorations cost money, so we'll keep the Summer set and just stick a plate of mince pies on the desk" approach of Quizmania.

For anyone with nothing better to watch currently on BBC Parliament is the 'Call TV Quiz Shows Committee'.

I caught a bit of that last night too.

About bloody time that something was done about all this blatant rip-off crap, IMHO.

Trouble is it's likely viewers will end up being even more ripped off in having to cover a 20% donation of revenue to charity! It won't come out of their profits!


The main regulation about these channels / programming I want to see is restricting them from clogging up the schedule on general entertainment channels.

Quizmania's Christmas decorations are arriving "next week" apparently - I expect the snow-and-presents version of the titles will be back too.

I really like those, much classier than The Mint's crackers.

Thank goodness, I turned on yesterday, The Mint were lovely and festive, yet Quizmania had nothing except for their summer music in the background.

I must admit that The Mint decorations do look very festive, granted they look like GMTV's, but still lovely.

Will the presenters be decorated as well to look more festive?

Well - Greggles is taking "what should I wear on Christmas Eve" requests, but I expect most of the other presenters are too serious about looking perfect all the time.

I mean, I can't see Lee Baldry dressing up as an elf!!
