Playdate went down well in the 8pm slot it would seem, considering its no longer there and only lasted, what, three weeks? I dare say it'll continue to prop up ITV2 overnight.

Mind you, since I'm a Celebrity... finished, ITV Play's been left with a 2hr gap from 6pm. The solution? The money spinner that is ITV Playalong, considering nobody ever wins anything on the Bonus Ball Bonanza since the minimum win was upped to four balls.

Then hopefully they'd get loads of complaints and the ITV Play system got overloaded and blew up and in its space they either had to put Men and Motors or ITV2+1 ... okay I'm getting a bit carried away it will never happen Crying or Very sad although I must admit The Mint makes good viewing on a Saturday morning when drunk Laughing


Quiz Call had the same game on the same time as Quiz Mania. The word you're referring to was said on Quiz Call. Laughing

Speaking of QM, it's a complete carcrash tonight - they're having "technical difficulties".

And by "technical difficulties" they mean "Sky is operating the graphics" - first the answer got revealed mid-game when they tried to raise the cash, then the clock got stuck on the next game.

And a few minutes ago, they put a previous game back up and promptly got rid of it again. Rolling Eyes

You're obviously watching a different ITV Play to me then Wink
The Call hasn't aired to 8pm, it looks like its been created for 3-6pm to fit in nicely on Men & Motors, then just simulcasted on ITV Play. Although according to menandmotors.co.uk, its still called Puzzle Book.

I might have misheard but I'm sure one of them(Greggles?) say it was for 1 week only!

I've seen bits of Playdate & thought 'What a load of ****!!'

Looking at DigiGuide Mint Extra takes the slot from 8-10pm, with "Play DJ" from 6-8pm

For Christmas at least though Quizmania will also be shown at weekends, with Make Your Play before it at 8pm.

Play DJ disappears from the schedules for Christmas, replaced by ITV Playalong - which unsurprisingly fills the schedule on Christmas Day!


P.S. Surprised these Quiz TV shows and channels don't appear to have tried to worm their way into the Interactive DVD games market!
