ITV Play

Hiya Neil. I saw this earlier and hats off to Nigel for carrying on. He had been doing ITV Playalong Live since 10am - so I bet he was glad of the restbite! With regards to the Bonus Ball Bonanza music, people were requesting to hear it full blast in the end because they thought it was good music!

I see they dug out the infamous breakdown music once again (inbetween the breakdown) which quite a few viewers commented on. That's one nice thing about ITV Playalong is the interactivity between viewers and host, which at times like today when it brokedown I think makes it all worthwhile as Nigel kept viewers informed of what was going on.

I thought it was quite good and very profesional so well done Nigel - he said it's happened a few times before and has had to apoligise, etc, but overall, well done and very entertaining music!

Sound problems on The Mint just now - backstage noises from Cat Porter, guest Bernie Nolan and producers.

Now telephone probs! A caller just phoned through and Craig doesn't know the viewers can hear them and he can't! Muppet..

As you may know, stv joins The Mint 30 minutes later than the rest of the network on Monday nights, and we got a special welcome from Craig: ''Welcome along Scotland to ITV1''.
Is this a first from The Mint, I know the big QM used to do that.

They also did it for Wales - but thats a usual thing right..?

I figured out the sound probs must have been when they were trying to set up the soundboard so that Bernie could sing live in the studio.

Is play coming to sky and as im from roi can i get it on add channels

I'd guess they'd also be issues with the phone number for ROI.

Nice of them to think of us, but I hope they didn't say 'welcome to ITV1'. To be a pedant, it ain't ITV1 up here.

They are still having technical problems here, on ITV Play!!! It's all sorted out now, but happened earlier, about 1hour ago, during 'The Mint Extra' show.

It's already on Sky 856 in England, but I expect things are quite different in ROI. *Shrug*

Noticed tonight that ITV Play now have a new show - The Call - airing from 3pm - 8pm according to the EPG.


Don't know if This Morning Puzzle Book ran before it - this is from the same team in a modified studio with virtually the same graphics.
