For those that weren't awake on Sunday morning at 00:45, Stephen Nolan of Five Live got an very interesting inverview with the boss of ITV Play William Van Rest, including the repeated question "Where is the
skill
in answering a question of "Name Classic Television Shows"", of which no answer was offered, and was heavily attempted to avoid..

Quizmania's fading "small print" sausage has changed, it now has "MAX DAILY (150 ENTRIES) PER HOUSEHOLD" on it...
Surely the brackets aren't really needed? "Max Daily Entries: 150 per Household" would've made more sense.
I wonder if that'll be on The Mint's ticker, too?

Media Guardian reports The Mint has been commissioned for a "second series", running through the autumn, but also it's been commissioned for The Mint Extra, which will run "12 hours a day" on ITV Play.
Sounds like this might replace ITV Playalong - which IMO is the best bit of ITV Play - though it'll probably be a similar sort of set up! Surely though it makes more sense to brand it around the channel rather than just one programme on the channel!

We've got ITV Playalong now, I only just switched on expecting QM... *Shrug*
Did QM start, or has it been like this since 3pm?

This new schedule is pretty stupid - the "This Morning Puzzle Book" on air through to 7pm. I doubt the This Morning brand really adds anything to the show now.
Understand why they've cut the Common Room to 30minutes (2 hours of "chat" was a bit much), but now it seems pointless. The School Run worked better and I'm sure the two could be merged.
And the Rovers Pub Quiz is on just from 2-3pm - again so short it's pretty pointless.
I can see this schedule lasting even shorter than the previous couple!

I have to say I'm enjoying Quizmania since it moved to the prime time slot, it's good to have on in the background when nothing else is on
