It could be quite easy for kids to get through. My voice broke when I was 12, so I could have passed for 18 on the phone.

Mine broke half-way through a singing solo in a school Christmas concert.

True story.

The Mint didn't want to give any money away last night - Hardly any callers then they decided to bring up the age old "Add all the Numbers" game with a prize of £40k (Quadruple money). Rolling Eyes

They hardly let anyone play for the jackpot anymore either.

It mostly happens when people are singing or whatever as it's using up lots of vocal power or something

I thought The Mint and was supposed to be for 18 plus?

18+ to play because of the cash prizes. Nothing to stop minors watching the show, if they're up that late.
Anyway emails have been read out on QuizMania from people watching on other continents and also emails from under 18's as well.

This is pertaning to Quiz shows, but Doesn't warrent a new thread.

Wpix, the greatest station in NYC IMO launched a quiz show " Text2Win" at 2am Rolling Eyes . I usually stay up late watching Fraiser and south park at around that time, so I was up. I can see why you hate these games. It was just a person standing in front of the weatherman's cso, and told the questions. On the first game she gave the answer away, and the second one was Oprah mixed up.The presenter couldnt figure it out. The only reason me and my sister watched it was for sheer amusment.

What other reason would you have to watch a TV show? Glad you enjoyed it.
