It reminds me a little of 'First ONdigital' - Channel 19 a few months ago on DTT. It used to have a slideshow-type presentation running 24 hours a day, and included evening lineups for selected channels, an 'ideal evening in' - listing the best combination of programmes, and details of competitios and new additions to the ONdigital service such as new games in GameON and the addition of DText etc.

They had music once that sounded like Don't You Want My Lovin by Felix(big dance record).
Anyway Nightscreen is boring-and they haven't even changed the ITV logos or changed ITV to ITV1.

Mr Bean, the animated version, part of ITV1's winter schedule, will presumably air on CiTV in Dec/Jan.
Also, remember when Pages From Ceefax used to be massive? With all the news stories, some sport stories, weather, travel and TV listings? Far more informative than just a handful of the news section like now... and no more fullscreen Ceefax captions!
(BTW, PFC is still on air - BBC2, weekends before Weekend 24 and Sun/Mon late night after Jools Holland)
