is this a program or what? (December 2005)

On the website for "tveasy" it describes ITV night screen as "

It almost sounds like people would watch it! So is it a program officially? And who makes it, teletext ltd?

I show it once, it has slides on it changing every so often.
Scottish tend to shown it alot more than ITV with a longer running time

It's made my some multimedia company, with regions having different music, it's just a cheap filler, but I think they use this programme to test out the regional network.
