I too have noticed slight colour differences in the opening titles of the bulletins, rather like the BBC's subtle colour changes with their VR set a long while ago (in the 1993 era I think) - representing the different time of day.
I haven't "concentrated" on the titles as I'm at work, never-the-less, it's a valid point for the TV presentation forum!

You're right in saying he probably didn't word his first comment correctly, and he certainly didn't word the last one correctly, but I think the point he is trying to make is as valid any other on this site, and shouldn't be persecuted for "watching TV"!!
The comment really should have gone in the main ITV News thread - they're there for the minor discussions which don't warrant new threads. The childish outburst has resulted in the banning.
Please continue this discussion (if need be) in the ITV News thread.
