Even if people have grown tiresome of the look I agree with you about how well they have lasted. The versatility of the sets has resulted in them being able to be changed by just changing the background colour. I also have found it interesting over the years to see how different regions adopt their set to adjust specific news items. For example pushing the sofas together, introducing larger monitors or even taking the back pad of the sofa off.

Where could the ITV logo be placed in the Daybreak titles? They're so short and fast moving that it would only be on screen for milliseconds.

Nobody has said that the logo's being inserted. Just the titles are being updated to reflect the rebrand... Let that fuel your desires to know what's changing!

Sorry for the wonkiness, my iPod often takes about 5 seconds after pressing the shutter button to actually take the photo. I'm pretty sure the sign didn't used to feature the ITV logo, just the TLS one. They were pulling all the old branding off inside reception and there seemed to be someone filming it so perhaps the rebrand will be mentioned on ITV News tomorrow or on Monday. They had a massive version of that Mr Selfridge image with the new logo that was released when the logo was first revealed in the window of the reception whilst the other window had something else, possibly another Mr Selfridge image.

Also at the back of the building on the waterfront there was a flag with the logo on, I don't remember there being a flag there usually?
