Is the a particular reason why only some regions are getting a new set on Monday? Surly it would have been easier to do them all at once

Well they can change the lighting without contracting people out, it falls part of someone's JD already!
They look to be doing that, Central's is getting on for 9 years old (2 months off)

But since Channel is now in the hands of ITV, they might be actually up to date set wise for a change.
