I stil can't believe how low key this all is, despite being such a huge change.
Seems ITV want to spring the launch on the public in one sweep. From what I've been reading I understand no stone has been left unturned in making this a thorough rebranding exercise... I think the low key nature is deliberate because its going to be a shock which I'm guessing they are hoping will make viewers notice and change some perception of the network.
Just thinking about little things like the CITV channel, the new font, regional news sets, the website etc.. It's all going to hit at once and I think we'll be unearthing little gems for some time after the rebrand, because a lot of it seems to be small things that along with other things become significant. I think this is far from a sloppy exercise, rather a slick overhaul of a brand. I sincerely hope they've pulled it off!

It reminds me of the old days of TVF, where we had to wait til the actual day to see the new graphics rather than clips already being on Media Guardian.

ITV News for the West & Westcountry appears to be coming from a green screen this lunchtime!
Looks like The West Country Tonight will be getting the new set for Monday.
I wonder if the new TVs either side of the presenters will become apart of the new set. Bit of a waste to just have them on for a week and then change the set completely.
