The old logos were still present and the monitors that display every itv channel were also taken down.
Were all the old logos in reception stripped away?

We may see new studios, but not the new logos... the monitor which on the other bulletins says Calendar on it has Daybreak's logo (and used to have GMTV's) instead. I assume it's similar in other regions.
Obviously makes sense for ITV2/3/4/CITV to relaunch at 6am rather than mid-morning. Do ITV1 show an ident before Daybreak or not - I guess it'll just be glimpses of the break bumpers and trailers through to 9.25am, with perhaps a look at the regional news if that as expect adopts some ITV News branding - though I wouldn't be surprised if those with new sets are still in CSO in the morning and don't launch their new set until the afternoon or 6pm bulletin.

Did ITN Cameraman not say that the Daybreak bulletins will carry the new ITV News branding, I know STV have already started with their output being branded as 'Daybreak STV News', rather than 'Daybreak Scotland 'and being referred to on screen at 'STV News on Daybreak', maybe a clue to how the other regions may look/work?

Urgh, forgot how disgusting those post-merger, off-air regional logos were. Urgh.

That's one thing they didn't bother to change at Quay Street, they also had a massive 2D sign on the main entrance with a list of rules and regulations, but a number of years ago they were taken down and replaced with the current ITV logo on a blue square in 3D, whether they'll change those I'm not sure. It's worth noting that Countdown has moved to MediaCity now, so I can't imagine Jeremy Kyle and Granada Reports will be too far behind.

Not quite off-air - they appeared at the end of the regional news for a while after the 2004 news rebrand.

The ITV weather page has had a revamp, I hope it is just a tempoary design as it looks awful. As regards to the rebrand the colours could be an indication of what ITV weather will look like.

To the best of my knowledge it will. The Daybreak news plasma will also nod to itv News in a subtle way.
