This is hard for me to explain but, you know the credits at the end of each ITV show? They are usually the same graphic just with a different colour scheme and theme? Well, will the new ITV look ditch these, use them or change them? I've seen some great mocks where people have used this idea.

I hope they go back to using end credits that are designed as part of the overall look of the individual programme, like they used to be. I guess that won't be happening though.

I have a feeling scrolling credits might be reintroduced, as the Coronation Street Panto used them, and they worked well with the current EPG format. Just shows that scrolling credits can be used and squashed into an EPG at the same time.

ITV logos now available at The TV Room +

I will update the corporate logo once it is released, and I will try to add the News Logo again once it is released.

Why is the ITV3 logo nearly half the size of the others?

I'm not saying they should all be positioned in exactly the same place, but the other logos seem roughly the same size, while the ITV3 logo is stuck in the corner!

Not sure - I found that weird too.

Though BBC's channels are all in different places, at least ONE, TWO and FOUR are.

I do like them they are very good but cant see smg giving the celebrities the boot just yet although i wish they would for the itv1 style brand. Anyone know perhaps if theyve created their own? Or if they will take these ones if they will change the font on stv/grampian logos?

I do think these remind me of the pre2003 stv idents and graphics (large blue square) with the scottish landscape playing host to different scenarios although these are better Very Happy

A quick guess at times of debut:

Assuming ITV Day is quietly forgotten about, ITV1 idents should premiere at 9.25am - or perhaps as in previous revamps it'll begin with a promotional trailer with the first ident an hour later. If ITV Day does remain it'll be 7pm before the first full ident.

By 10.55am, or 12.30pm at the latest, we should know if ITV1 is keeping a news ident - and of course what the new look news looks like. Note in 2004 ITV News relaunched with the Morning News - but that was when the MN was the first programme of the day on the ITV NC - now it's the last programme presents by the overnight team.

ITV2 should be 9.25am and ITV3 around 6am. I can imagine CITV being untouched until the launch of the ITV Kids channel.

Considering they are basically live action shots with a logo placed on them I think STV/Grampian could easily get away with using them with their current logo.

Reinforces the "chavness" of ITV2, but great to see such a lovely creature in an ident.

Col Mustard has already told us that the new-look ITV News debuts at 5.30

So doesn't that create a high chance of the new idents being premiered at the 6am junction into GMTV?

Let's just hope they do the decent thing and kill off ECPs, and let producers have free rein on credit style.

not really no. Remember overnight announcements are recorded in bulk. I'm also doubtful the Morning News will be the first with the new look.
