Not sure if it was mentioned earlier in the thread but the ITV Lunchtime News showed a caption slide advertising next week's feature [something to do with personal finance]. The important thing is that it used the new ITV corporate branding, which takes the ITV generic font [obviously] in a yellow and bluey-greeny box. Basically like the new ITV1 logo [yellow] with a blue greeny background to it, similar to ITV4's colour.
Is there anywhere online to view the Lunchtime News?

Maybe the straps will work like that .. Yellow line then the navy blue ..and a grey underneath. Just like the current ones with the itv news taken away.
I guess thats confirmation enough that the whole network will use the corporate font. Damn I wish I could get my hands on it, its only ever been used small, on TV, so there isnt enough resolution to see it in its real detail, I guess Fontsmth will add a preview of it sometime after it goes live, I hope it appears in PDF...
This is hard for me to explain but, you know the credits at the end of each ITV show? They are usually the same graphic just with a different colour scheme and theme? Well, will the new ITV look ditch these, use them or change them? I've seen some great mocks where people have used this idea.

I hope they go back to using end credits that are designed as part of the overall look of the individual programme, like they used to be. I guess that won't be happening though.
