ITV Network Rebrand

Yep, seems UTV have got hold of the new style.

I think it looks quite smart myself. Fingers crossed for the ident designs.

Also, anyone know if CITV is changing the same day with the CITV channel launching in February. The current CITV logo isn't corporate - I think it may have been around longer than the ITV logo actually!

Hmmm...I'm not so keen but I'll wait til I see them on screen.

It is a bit odd with the UTV logo so I guess we'll have to wait until they're on screen to make a final judgement. But they're not too bad, I wouldn't say cheap. No cheaper than BBC1's. The only thing I dislike about it is the little yellow line. No need for it. But the way it comes on screen is brilliant.

I wonder when we'll see promotions on ITV1 then? How come UTV still have the same logo I wonder?

Because UTV only have an annual budget of 10p to spend on presentation. This isn't enough to pay for a new logo!

i think the new look looks very dodgy. I like the logos but despise the black background, some nice soft moving graphics would have been better and something to fill the wasted space.

I'm sure if they asked nicely one of the good mockers on here could come up with something for them for the price of a couple of pints. At least then they would have a logo that didn't look as though it was knocked up by a primary school art class

I can see the subtle reflections and nice how the UTV logo animates, but it seems a bit Sky News with the sliding lines...

So this is most probably what ITV1 will look like.
