As much as this obviously a school kid on holiday who uses capitals really annoyingly, he does have a point.

ITV could do very well i'm sure with the monkey as a mascot. I suppose they got rid of him because he represented a failure as he was really ITV Digitals Mascot. I suppose they could use Oscar Puffin.
