My sentiments exactly. It's a disconnect between the main ITV channel and its digital offshoots, which are decently consistent with each other with promos. I'm pretty sure this will stay until another rebrand of the network (which I think is still far away to be fair). But then again, it's not the first time we've seen a refresh of promos - the 2006 rebrand had some fair share of promo changes over the years.
As for BBC presentation, the inconsistency has already reached its magnum opus.
I was going to create a thread on this but discovered this one. I personally don't like this new style but it did need a change since the previous one was used since ITV underwent the rebrand back in 2013
