I don't think the question should be "Is ITV getting worse?" but rather "Is ITV getting Better?"

Because at the minute I severly doubt another rerun of "Volcano" classes itself as getting better.

But as the song says, Always look on the bright side of life. And with a complete re-brand due maybe, just maybe....
