Notice on the reports on Stephen Suttons death on ITV Central that the pictures are credited to "ITV Fixers" and then they had somebody from "ITV Fixers" talking about plans for a national day of good gestures in his memory.

Seems to be a thing across the regions - UTV involved as well but doesn't look like STV. Is this a relatively new thing?

I wonder if STV are involved in this, as STV ex reporter David Marsland is now part of the broadcast team for Fixers...
