as does Cornwall. I'm a breakfast/dinner/tea man myself
Glad to see I'm in such good company. Does this make us common then? How exciting.
Actually the ITV Tea-Time News sounds very cosy -- one for Owen Thomas, or Denis Tuohy perhaps.
And Whataday, don't be disgraceful, there's no tea for you tomorrow now. It would've been your favourite, dairylea and mash.

I think you'll find it's
Breakfast - 7am
Lunch - midday
Tea - 4pm
Dinner - 8pm (big meal)
Supper - just before bed.
I never bother with some 'big meal' at 8pm!
neither do I - it's just dinner would be the meal you would have if you were having a Hyacinth Bucket style "Candle-Light Supper" which would not be a supper unless they were all going to go to bed afterwards in which case it would be a pre-orgy snack.

It almost sounds like an advert for a sauce/relish/side dish.
