I assume he means Moving Wallpaper at 10.35pm, which is what I'd do myself. How has it been doing in it's repeat slot?

Well id put Moving Wallpaper at either 9pm or 9.30pm and then Echo Beach in the later slot of 10.35pm as EB is meant to be the spin off show isnt it?

Also EB would do better if it was its first showing at 10.35pm than a repeat showing would so you cant really compare what it would get with what the current 10.35pm repeats get.

I would show Moving Wallpaper at 10.00pm and I would have Echo Beach follow it at 10.30pm, with the ITV News at 11.00pm.

Stick Echo Beach on ITV2.

I wasn't ever designed to go on ITV1, and you can't blame Kudos for it not being succesful - it wasn't made for ITV1.

I have noticed 3 trailers airing for Pushing Daisies tonight during primetime. Any idea what date it is starting and what slot it will take?

I was thinking it might take Fridays at 9pm MW/EB has ended but that wont be until the end of March?

They seem to be promoting it far too much to put it in a 10.35pm slot (not sure I've even seen a Dexter promo).

I'd be surprised if it took a 9pm slot earlier in the week, though The Palace is due to finish shortly - as is Ladette to Lady, but Tuesdays are interupted by the Champions League.

The only slot really available after 9pm is Saturdays.

But they have confirmed it WONT go in a 10.35pm slot. It will either be 9pm or 10pm. The Fixer will probably go on Mondays as they have started running trailers for that too.

On another forum, top Bristol House DJ Mike Shawe asked...

There is a tune I am attempting to id, it's currently used as the bedding track for 'Spring on ITV1' and was previously used for 'weekends on ITV1'. The tune is best described as a funky breaks with a jazzy horn riff, I'm certain it's fairly well known.

I don't watch ITV1 very much, anybody got any ideas? Or even a YouTube link for the trailers he's on about?

The Fixer - Monday 10 March 9pm.

I had a feeling The Fixer would go on Mondays. No sign of Pushing Daisies then? I guess they are promoting it quite early as normally its its no more than 3 weeks before something starts they promote it as "coming soon".

I like the look of The Fixer and Rock Rivals expecially The Fixer which looks another potential hit from Kudos who track record has been mostly great. Rock rivals also has the potential to become the next guilty pleasure but we'll wait and see.

Am I the only one who thinks that Pushing Daisies may be too quirky for a 9pm slot? I think it's looks great but I think it may struggle to get a decent audience. Even hit US imports on BBC Two, Channel 4 and Five attract at best 2-3m viewers.

I think Rock Rivals will probably suffer from fiction being no match for fact just like The Palace did.

It's also being rather over-promoted IMO - and the promo pretty much tells you everything you need to know, rather than intriguing you into watching. I also find it odd in the pre-show promotion they've revealed who the finalists are too - I know that's not exactly the focus of the series, but I don't see why they needed to confirm it.

Im looking forward to Rock Rivals. If you read any of the tv guides today you will see its been revealed who the 2 finalists are in the Rock Rivals articles. They are comparing them to Leona and Leon I think whilst comparing the 3 judges to Sharon, Simon and Louis. The viewers will get to vote for which they want to win as 2 versions of the final episode have been filmed.

I see Dexter is getting a repeat on the network on Tuesdays at 11.40pm however if you live in Wales thats the only chance you have to see it (on ITV1 anyway)
