It depends what audience they're aiming at, but I think something like TV Burp and CGI:UK paired together one night in the week in the 8pm hour would bring amuch welcome change to the ITV weekday schedule.

It would bring a welcome change, but part of me is thinking that ITV may be considering taking less risks from now on with the prime time schedule, which is a shame.

I think this may have been mentioned, but would Duel have benefitted from a week long run to kick it in, much like the summer of 2006 where they had a lot of trials, the main one being Pokerface. It gave the audience the chance to see the programme, or catch up quickly and then to get the concept over a week.

With Duel I have felt as though I've forgotten the contestants before the next show begins.

That reminds me, whatever happened to Pokerface? It pulled in solid numbers last year and was expecting a third run this year.

Definitely would have benefited from a week long run - it would have given it the chance to pick up viewers from across the schedule then, rather than only relying on Primeval's inheritence, which really is quite a different audience than you'd expect for a game show.

As for Pokerface, I don't think it's been axed - probably just on hold with Ant and Dec having another series of Takeaway.

I have seen one of those on Five (well without the ITV logo), for AD.

A lot of channels have started airing Audio Description promos. So far I've seen ads for it on ITV1, Five, Discovery and Disney Channel.

Is it still being tucked away at a ridiculous hour on ITV1 though - Heist was screened at 12.40am on Friday nights.

10.35pm on Wednesday nights. The best slot we could have hoped for so I'm happy with that.

Yeah that slot isnt bad. Its not much later than Channel 4 would use for Desperate Housewives and Lost when they showed that.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. It's not that late for a US import. Damages goes out at that time on BBC One. I do hope people tune in and give it a try. It's a superb show.
