Coincidentally had a glance at Nightscreen just the other night, for the first time in ages (forgive me; it is Nightscreen after all), saw it had been given this refresh - it looks better, I might add - but naturally assumed it had been like that for some time already.

So this is actually pretty much brand new, or were dbl and I just really slow on the uptake?

I watched Nightscreen a couple of months ago and it wasn't widescreen, so it's been introduced since then.

Nope, more like video editing for a uni drama assignment, DSO was happening and couldn't sleep. (OK sort of...) Razz

The Documentaries on ITV1 ad is really, really good.

Loving the slickness of it. And what's the font?

Notice in the last couple of weeks the end credit announcements seem to be on ITV1 HD as well as ITV1, but so far just the audio - no ECPs from what I've seen at least. Guess it was nice while it lasted to be able to avoid them.

How come that was happening anyway?

I wonder if it will use the same redressed set/kitchen set as Lorraine does, what with it airing in the ITV Breakfast time slot.

Ideally they'd probably want it to air 9-10am before Saturday Kitchen but crossing the 9:25am boundary doesn't seem to be possible still.

I could work if there went and asked STV and UTV nicely I have notice that a number of times on weekends STV will opt out and broadcast something different at 09.25

It seems stupid that they have this at 8:25am, then double Jeremy Kyle USA at 9:30-11:30! Why not air Saturday Cookbook at 9:30-10:30, even though it's a half clash with Saturday Kitchen, they could keep viewers at itv1! And I honestly don't see why they axed the corrie omnibus in favour of Jezza Kyle!

Maybe Jeremy Kyle USA has a good audience - you are assuming that it's doing no good there but do you have the audience figures ?

Don't think the Corrie omnibus on ITV1 has ever done good numbers.
