How much would Sky charge for such a service? Less than the cost of 8ish nationwide EPG slots?

Point taken.

Here in the West region (on freeview) ITV1+1 sometimes shows you programmes you didn't get an hour earlier on ITV1... now that's quite an impressive catch up service!

The reason being, of course, that our +1 service comes from Wales and they have far more opt out's from the main network.

Interesting read, He seemed to really enjoy his chat show its sad to know he didn't and was just in it for the money, I agree with what he says though chat shows these days are just plug after plug after plug and I don't watch them anymore, I don't think anyone believed that he thought everyones books were great and that he bothered to read them but it seems like most of the time he was just putting on an act and not really enjoying it at all, I used to love watching the Paul O' Grady show but found the Live 1 on friday nights boring, If that's how he feels I'm glad we don't have it anymore and maybe he should have packed it in a long time ago

I think he did enjoy it at the start but somewhere between that and itv peak show he stopped caring. Can't blame him especially if after plugs and coked up people.

In a way bigger guests probably make the show less enjoyable with their promotional agendas and accompanying entourage.

I roll my eyes when I read of chat show hosts whining that their guests are only there to plug their products...like this.

*exciting update* the Sky EPG now reads "ITV1 Tyne Tees" as opposed to "ITV1 TT N".

So it looks as though the obsolete South stream has finally disappeared, which explains why 103 ITV1 is mentioned on that website as recordings set for TT S would have been similarly fooked.

And I guess the defunct stream will be used to carry TTTV+1?
