So how many streams is it that ITV have added since they decided they didn't have the space for the ITV News Channel.

I don't think they ever decided they didn't have the space for it, did they? They closed it when they realised it was always going to come third out of three in viewers' interests.

Possible automation error. During today's loose women, a trailer aired for the Jermemy Kyle gameshow 'high stakes' stating tonight at 8. Any normal Tuesday would be right, but tonight there's England vs Sweden live from 7:30.

The automation probably did exactly what it was told. Garbage in, garbage out....

Of course, I wasn't suggesting that the system was the problem, just somebody without their eye on the ball.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned elsewhere, but I've just noticed that Murder, She Wrote is coming home to ITV. It starts from the beginning on weekdays at 4.00 pm from Monday 5 December. I wondered at the time why Alibi was showing it ad nauseum over the summer - maybe they knew the rights were expiring and wanted to air it completely one last time? Unless Alibi still have rights to the show and ITV has just picked up the BBC's rights?

The pilot episode looks like it's being split over two days - 1 hour each part.

Yes, I think MSW was last on the BBC at the end of 2010 or very early 2011. It'll be nice to see it back on terrestrial television again and in a decent timeslot too.

If that is the case it will be the first time in ages that has been shown on terrestrial channel as the bbc always started with "Deadly Lady"

That's interesting - I never realised the BBC didn't show the pilot. I've just double checked and "The Murder of Sherlock Holmes" is being shown on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 December. "Deadly Lady" then follows on Wednesday 7 December.

Then its really a treat for viewers, I remember the number of time BBC went back to S1 and there would also skip the Pilot. Good to hear ITV given it a bit of respect...

If it's the same Scottish woman, she's been doing daytime continuity for the past few weeks.
