I don't know then. I imagine it would be from the same library if both SCS and Bid have used it in the past.

Let's hope it isn't Celebrity Play Your Cards Right - and isn't stretched to an hour.

Of course it won't be Celebrity Play Your Cards Right...

It'll be All Star Play Your Cards Right Wink

Quick question......

Having just watched the 1st episode in the new series of The Cube (ITV1+1), it mentioned ITV Productions in the end credits!

What is the difference between ITV Production and ITV Studios? As I thought that ITV Production was renamed ITV Stuidos - the same also applies to Countrywise (and its spin-off Countrywise Kitchen)

I know Emmerdale is produced by the ITV Studios division formerly known as Yorkshire, while Corrie is produced by what was Granada, but who are the newer ITV Studios/ITV Productions made by?

That sounds like a mistake...I'm pretty sure Studios and Productions are one and the same, and all new progs should be credited to Studios.

On the subject of end credits, ITV4's Great South Run last night was a rare network (well, national at least) programme made by Meridian, complete with ITV Meridian endcap.

I thought the regional names vanished from endcaps even on local shows when the ITV logo changed five years ago?

They have - I believe this was made by the regional team in co-production with an independent producer (rather than ITV Studios, as there is no longer any regular network production done at at Meridian) hence why it was different. I'm a little surprised it was there on the end cap though, I was expecting the simple "ITV" you get on the end of the regional Thursday debate shows.

Should not the ITV logo be in the corporate colour blue, with regional news programmes in News yellow?

Those "a production for ITV" endcaps are just so petty, aren't they? Not to mention nonsensical.

I thought ITV Productions meant it was a regional production?
