Possibly because the black lettering was amended for the yellow logo. On a red logo the White would look a lot better, but I suppose not fit into the theme of the trailer.
That red ITV1 logo looks pretty hideous.

Has It'll Be Alright on the Night been given the chop for good? I have yet to see anything official about the series.
I bet if there put a new episode out on a Saturday right after BGT or X factor there could pull in a decent rating.

It'll be back in the distant future. There were signs plastered all over a certain regional ITV newsroom I had a look round recently asking for outtakes.

That is good to hear, I there could probably make two, with all the foreign and British clips there could dig up,.

Problems with the weather, goes to start with the Co-Operative sponsor segment, it doesn't start. We then have a screen with the ITV 1 logo up with the CA apologising. Meridians weather then has the countdown from 10 seconds...it swaps from the east weather bulletin to the west bulletin and cuts out halfway through to adverts.

Thought I would pop this in here as previous threads about swearing, etc have been archived.
I frequently hear expressions like 'boll*cks' and 'pi**ed off' on ITV1's Rosemary and Thyme at 4pm. I'm not personally offended by such words, but I wouldn't have thought them appropriate to go out in an afternoon in what was traditionally family/children's viewing time.
