No different to an average Saturday night really - all the commercial minutage is used up early on when the audiences are bigger (this time in the soaps) so by the time you get to 10pm, no inventory left!
I have 'Agatha Christie's Poirot' on at the moment and it seems ITV are showing ITV promos for ad's since 10pm and none of the 'real' adverts and nothing else, unless I keep missing them. They keep showing the 'That Was 2010' promo everytime which seems about 1min long.

The same as most nights then. ITV can only air 40 minutes of ads between 6pm and 11pm, with a maximum of 12 per hour - hence most nights they tend to air the bulk of ads between 7-10pm, leaving the 6pm and 10pm hours relatively ad-free.
