There was a Carling advert at full time that made reference to the score (in audio only). I wonder if this cleverness was related to the problems on HD. Maybe someone was rehearsing the ad break?
There was black surrounding this advert (I.e. there was a black screen for less than a second on either side of it) so it does seem to have been played out in a different way than to normal adverts. The advert was not subtitled.
I wonder if the James Cordon programme will mention the problem on HD or if they will have been told to keep quiet.
EDIT: There was also an advert for bet365 which had live odds at half time.
