ITV Discussion Thread

Does anyone know if the London Studios have upgraded to HD? I know The Graham Norton Show is filmed there and its popped up as HD on BBCiPlayer.

I have to say I am incredibly impressed with ITV for handling this new look so well.

No stone has been left unturned on the website or in the pres to make the new logo the norm everywhere. It's on the Election Debates background (according to footage on BBC News Channel), it's in all the endboards, its in older versions of the idents.

It looks really nice actually. Well done ITV, great job.

The website probably updates so quick due to the fact that the itv.com team would only of had to overwrite the logo file and it would have updated on every microsite.

The question is has it updated on those lesser known areas, such as regional news & ITV Sport, which used to both use the white lettered logo at random intervals for ages after the black lettering came into place.

Apparently the ITV announcer left his mic on during yesterday's Dickinson's Real Deal and was heard chatting to the other announcer due to start Anyone hear this?

The ident before news at ten yesterday had not voice over, just the music, does any one have it?

The voiceover was present. "...slightly later than billed, the ITV News at Ten" or words to that effect.

Was this on ITV1 or ITV1 HD, i was wathcing itv 1 hd, and it as around 7 seconds long, and then cut to julie standing up.

So which 'voiceover' are they? Anybody got a clip of them doing some announcing - I can't even think who's voice it is!
