Yikes Andrew you work quick!!! Only aired just over 15 minutes ago and you've already got pics and video uploaded!!!

With the Snakes and Ladders ident, the music sounds more like it should be for a jungle ident, it sounds a little like bongo drums or something.

Another interesting addition to the set, at least with another variation of the music.

So I take it that the 'dodgems' breakbumper has never been seen let alone the ident ?

Maybe they didn't do a break bumper for that ident?
They didn't do break bumpers for each of the original 10 idents.

The News logo now matches the ITV 1 logo.

Who's to say that's real, he just posted it without any description, could be a mock.

It could work on 'Sunflowers', but I how would it work on 'Snakes & Ladders'? It couldn't.

Do you mean how could they have done it different?

Well with Sunflowers they could have had the ident start from the ground so you just see green, then it rises up and as you start to see the top of the sunflowers, the logo rises out amongst the flowers.

With Snakes and Ladders, they could have done it a little different, maybe have a steel bar being lifted and as it lifts, the logo is revealed behind it.

Its not hard really is it. I thought of those two ideas whilst I was typing, so ITV could have thought of something much better.

They don't even have to have the graphic logo on the idents themselves, for example the sunflowers panning out to show the ITV1 logo in a crop circle type thing, or on the "snakes and ladders" having the ITV1 logo painted onto the side of the scaffolding or something. Quite Channel 4-esque but ideas are there to be taken.

In other news, Corrie is on again tonight for the second Sunday running, one of the episodes is to make up for the lack of Fridays, but the other is obviously surplus. Can anyone see ITV reinstating it permanently soon? But if they did, its anyones guess as to which episode would be dropped.

Liking the new idents, and that the logos are consistently sized.

They could add the new music to some of the old idents too, but that's a small niggle.

New trailer endboards are infinitely better with consistent font sizing and a different colour for the day/time.

Which old idents have appeared since Friday? Am I right in thinking they've ditched some but its just figuring out which ones. All I've seen are basketball, the roof, sunny city and spring garden.
