Was this not a replacement for English local programmes? I did not hear that STV was to be a part of this, thus it take it, there has been a change and there will be stories from scotland?

Why is Country wise being broadcast in STV???

why shouldn't it be broadcast in the STV/Grampian regions - its about the UK countryside!

I think he means because this is traditionally a regional slot - ITV Wales are opting out I think.

You are never happy are you? When STV opt out at different times you complain - when they opt in you still complain!

And now you've heard that they want to be a part of it. Just get over it, if you don't like it then don't watch it. Simple.

EH, I thought it was an alright show, nothing great, but alright, but I still have the right to say i was surprise STV has gone alone with this show, and is actully putting some stuff towards the show, as no one mentioned this before hand

Yes but your tone just came across as one of your usual shouty complaints and they're getting pretty tedious.

ok im sorry but it was was wondering why an local english show was getting used up here, about farmer in cornwall etc, no one said it will also include Scottish country side aswell, which Does in fact change the aspect of this show a bit.

Put that broad down and concentrate. You don't know where she's been.

It's cheap.

STV are opting out of a new episode of Lewis on the 22nd, according to listings, replacing it with Scotland at the Movies and Highlands Special . I wonder if it's just for the first episode that they are opting out or for the entire series?

Is there anywhere in the Schedules at all in England where ITV 1 are showing any Regional Programmes apart from Local News ?

Didn't Regional Programmes used to be shown on Tue 730, Thu 730 & in a late night slot on Thu nights ?

Come to think of it I don't think that i've seen anywhere so far this year anything Regional unless I just happened to of missed it

Thursday at 11.40pm is the last remaining regional slot and even then it's only once every two weeks. AFAIK after the series occupying this slot has finished its run it'll be goodnight regional programming on ITV1.
