It was probably the same, the difference with The Late News is that quite often it doesn't start until a few minutes past 11pm, where as NaT starts within a 1 minute of 10pm.

Since the New Year, NaT/LN and the Regional News have only taken up 35 minutes in the schedule.

I'm not sure what happened in other regions but I'm assuming it was a technical fault of some sort; instead of the regional news here in Yorkshire at 1:55 earlier this afternoon we were treated to London Today with Steve Scott - in full, complete with the London regional weather and ITN endcap. How on earth did this manage to happen? Did anyone else manage to see it (either in Yorkshire or elsewhere)?

In the past I'd put that down to a technical error, but nowadays I wouldn't be surprised if the Yorkshire and London regions have merged.

No problems on analogue, Calendar News with Gaynor aired as normal at 1.55 today

Makes sense now - Duncan Wood has just apologised for the earlier loss of Calendar on digital satellite.

Yorkshire, Border and Tyne Tees all received Granada Reports on Digital Satellite this evening, so looks like problems haven't been solved just yet

question to YTV viewers, is most of Yorkshire only able to receive 4 channels? Only on ITVlocal it claims

No, we have got C5. Stupid ITV, trying to tell us the C5 doesn't exists so that they can get more viewers. Even that won't help, bless them.

Yes I believe it was a corporate decision to put '4 channels' on that page

Carlton Screen Advertising ( althourgh being sold of by ITV a couple of years ago ) has been renamed in the uk to DCM , For Digital Cinema Media.

And the last remnants of Carlton Television have finally gone then, I haven't been the Cinema since before Christmas, but it was still Carlton Screen Advertising. I'll miss the poker/star ident like.
