ITV Digital

Hello Everyone:)
I have ITV Digital and my friend said that there were going to be more channels added soon. As you guys here know what your talking about I thought I'd ask you. I would have thought that if ITV Digital had got their hands on new channels then they'd wait for the new BBC ones and then do a new Marketing campaign to let people know of all the new channels, but thats just what i think.
Another thing is that the on screen display i.e ''Info'', still says ''On'' in the corner. It's about time that it said ITV Digital and was blue and yellow.

I don't think ITV Digital can run any more channels. They are currently running the maximum number they can. The EPG is being updated soon - no ITV Digital branding seems to be going on with the update judging by the ITV select update so perhaps they are saving themselves more hassle in case they re brand again! Has anyone else noticed that the ITV Text + service hasn't been working for the last two weeks?

As it is, ITV Digital is at full capacity - over capacity in my opinion, as picture quality on channels on their three multiplexes is poor enough as it is without them squeezing any more in. There'll be a spare gap on the SDN multiplex when BBC Knowledge/FOUR moves onto the BBC multiplex; but apart from that I wouldn't hold your breath for any more channels in the foreseeable future.

ITV Text works for me

There's talk of scrapping some Carlton and Granada channels and bringing Discovery, Disney and VH1. The Community Channel is going to be added in the near future, that is secured.

I'm beginning to enjoy those ads with the ITV Digital monkey - very well done and Johnny Vegas is good.

Anyone know who the voice of the monkey was?
