Does anyone think Lorraine warrants its own thread? I was thinking about it but I'm not too sure, would like to hear what others have to say.

I wonder how TM will transition into LW - probably the same as before.

I'm not too keen on the idea of one singular thread for 3 shows whereas GMB gets its own

However it's fair to say that there's going to be a lot more to talk about with GMB - they're the only ones with a big refresh, plus I'd say they're the most talked about ITV Daytime show on the forum.

So, This Morning no longer has closing credits.

The extra live trail with the Loose women at the end of TM will have left no room for the longer credits.
And they already had a live trail for LW about 20 minutes before too! Talk about trying to fill time!

Isn't that against the rules? They can't not credit the crew.

What rules would they be? Not every programme has credits, GMB/GMTV/Lorraine never did.

I've worked on hundreds of hours of live TV and never been credited

This morning doing some serious filler in the first half an hour... They need to find their feet with this extra time.

Isn't their entire show arguably serious filler?

Yes. And it's getting even more 'dumbed down'. It really is so lightweight. I guess a lot of people must still enjoy it though.

They played the competition VT a couple more times than previously too.
And they have invented an old fashioned 'spin the wheel' phone-in game, which is lame.

But Andrea McLean congratulated Schofield and Willoughby on 'an amazing show' today...

Watched a clip of their 10am start on YouTube earlier and they said it was a This Morning first for them. But can someone clear this up for me please? Didn't the programme use to start at around 10am in its early years?

No, was 10.40-12.10 originally.
