I quite like that logo actually but it all seems to much. ITV Day sounds a seperate channel to ITV1 really. Do they really think that calling it something different will pull in the viewers?
Anyway, I hope they will revamp the schedule aswell. I'd like something like this:
9:25: People's Court
9:55: Regional News
10:00: Game/quiz show (although I reckn PC will be an hour
)
10:30 This Morning
12:30: ITV Lunchtime News
1:30: Boot Sale Challenge
2:00: Loose Women/ Des and Mel
3:00: The New ITV Daytime soap (did they make it?)
3:30 CiTV
5:00: Paul O'Grady.

More on the daytime line-up from the Daily Mirror with ITV's "Golden Girls" as they call it :
- Glasgow-born Carol Smilie will go head to head with Five's Trisha Goddard with a show called The People's Court.
- Katie Derham will join Nick Owen for a new hour-long lunchtime news bulletin from ITN.
- Gaby Roslin returns with Solution Street, in which she and GMTV's Ben Shepherd encourage neighbours to help sort out each other's problems.
- Claire Sweeney joins forces with chef Gino D'Acampo for Chef Versus Britain.
- Pregnant ITV sport star Gabby Logan is to host a quiz called Now or Never.
- Jenny Powell will present a modern day Jim'll Fix It called Don't Just Dream It.
- And Vicki-Butler Henderson fronts Date My Daughter, in which would-be Romeos pick a girlfriend by going out with their mother.
I guess the one good thing about this is there isn't a home makeover show anywhere to be seen.

Interesting choice of presenters there. Gaby Roslin - not usually an ITV face, but hasn't been doing anything much for a while apart from CIN. Last I heard, though, she was concentrating on an acting career!
Jenny Powell - is she the one who used to be an assistant on Wheel of Fortune?
Vicki Butler Henderson - unusual choice for a dating show! She's quite a good presenter, though, so it could just work.
As for the logo, it's not as bad as I had been expecting. I rather like the shiny itv part of the logo, but still object to its similarity to the BBC logo...really not good branding sense there. However it all depends on the idents and presentation - a department in which ITV as it currently stands is severely lacking. The trouble is, if they come up with a shiny exciting new graphics package for daytime, it's going to leave peaktime looking extremely boring and bland in comparison!
