during the ad break of X factor, I saw the ITV clock it was yellow, for only about one second,

did anyone eles catch this?

What I think he is trying to say is that the X Factor promotion was a bit late and you could see the clock of the X Factor promotion rather than a generic itv clock.

The clock was up so quick that I didn't really get to see any details on it. Did anyone manage to capture it?

It was a VT Clock for the X Factor 'numbers to call' promo in the ad of Family Fortunes - It had the details of The Farm on there, the place where X Factor is edited.
