ITV Idents (Post Christmas)

Trophy Engraving ident seen before This Morning:

Nice that ITV have gone to the bother of doing football idents for the World Cup

Shows up BBC1 who will use the same old football and crowd idents that they've been using for donkeys years now.

Thought ITV might just use their "goal faces" for the idents, so these are a nice surprise and can easily be mixed in with their regular sets later on.

Since it was originally for the football World Cup of 2010, surely it's quite appropriate to be using it now!

Worth noting that there was a new ident at 7.00pm which was filmed at ITV's Fever Pitch in Manchester, the clue is that you can see the old Granada building in the background of it.

Just before the World Cup ends, can we have a recap of how many World Cup idents there have been on ITV.

There were the original few and then some which were obviously filmed at ITV Fever Pitch in Manchester

The sand sculpture ident, is it meant to be Roy Hodgson, because to me, it reminds me of Steve Rider.

This rather boring VT clock appeared briefly before the ident in to the delayed news last night. Not sure what it was counting down to. I don't think the ident was on for 32 seconds. What do all the crazy numbers mean?
