ITV Idents (Post Christmas)

I imagine they didn't have a long enough shot of the dog to use the usual covering, and cutting back to the three on the sofa to cover would seem odd.

A special advert for the Lego movie coming up on Sunday during DOI, will we we a new special ident like 'sparklers' was at Christmas for John Lewis

I'm guessing we will have an ident before it, but guessing it will just be one of the regular ones they use.

Even the BBC did Lego themed thing for some memorable moments of the Olympics during today's opening ceremony.

There was an ident used before all the Lego adverts. It was people partying and pullying party poppers. I don't think its been seen before but someone could correct me if i'm wrong.
It looks more like it was made for New Years but I don't think it was seen then.

Looks like ident pack 2 has launched today.

For the first time in what I imagine is quite a few years, ITV just used credits that weren't just text on a black screen or text below footage of Coronation Street etc, ending Dancing on Ice with the video continuing after they said goodbye whilst the credits played out. How exciting.

They do this for special episodes just like Roy and Hayley's Blackpool episode on coronation street and the live episodes of Emmerdale and Cornonation Street. I do wish they did it all the time , looks so much better

It even works when the credits are shrunken, unless the idea is that when they have a black background peoples attention will be drawn to the pictures/clips to the left.
