Not an ident as such but a commercial during the Queen's Birthday Celebrations featured a number of well-known brands all together at a street party on the Coronation Street set. It ended with a voiceover an itv logo.
Seems like there were no regional differences (ITV, UTV and STV) as I have been on Twitter and the voiceovers were the same, just the voiceover and logo being replaced accordingly.
Just had a new ident before News at Ten just now. A couple are seen walking in London at night with Big Ben Tower and Houses of Parliament in the background.
Just realised there are two versions with Houses of Parliament/Elizabeth Tower, the one you uploaded clearly showing 10pm on the clock, but the one I originally saw starts with the shot low down slowly panning up behind a couple walking towards the tower, but the clock face isn't clear, so it can be used for the late news, like tonight after the Queens 90th celebrations.

It would be nice if all the regions could have something similar of a local landmark clockface to use into the evening news.

Not all regions have a clockface they can use. And some (Wales, for instance) have several they could feature.
A local landmark without the clock though would work just as well.

A few things they could do to show a clockface:
a) use a local clocktower
b) dig the old regional clocks out of the archives if they haven't been destroyed
c) CGI over a local landmark image
