How are we cacthing up with Home and away? don;t there show it 5 times a week? in OZ?

why did there cut it all over the place to catch up,

on topic, I say

I agree Emmerdale / Corrie - 3 each , Eastender 3 as well

They will need more than 3 weeks once they catch up as Oz take 6 or 7 weeks off.

Technically it isnt, but its been made a lot more like a soap recently.

The show takes 6 or 7 weeks off at the end of the year in Oz so we catch up by that amount each year. It isnt a problem as we are 4 months behind but ITV had no end of problems and had to take Home and Away off for breaks quite often or reduce it to 4 a week. Once we were only 4 episodes behind Oz!

Be interesting to see what FIVE do when they catch up with Oz - they will have to take a break at some point, however I cant see them doing what ITV did and moving it all over the place.

a 3 week break at xmas?

Is the bill a soap? I never though it was

Well if those schedules are true, and no offence but I dont think they are, id prefer that than having Corrie on every weeknight like some people have suggested!

I can understand your scepticism, and don't think any less of you for it.

These seem to be virtually identical to the rumoured changes posted a good couple of years ago, with things like the ITV News Hour and Corrie moving to 8.30pm.

Didn't believe it then, don't believe it now!

First thing, where's Heartbeat/The Royal in those schedules?

They would never move it from the Sunday 8pm slot as it pulls in millions of viewers

7.30 on a Sunday evening. The reason it is TBA is because the slot alternates between The Royal, Heartbeat, and Wild at Heart.

are you saying that it woudl get moved to 7.30pm?

that just pointless! WHY Let swap corri and TBA around Rolling Eyes
STV woudl not agree with that News hours, I;m starting to NOT believe this,

there no point moving something so it can swap over with the programme in front!

Well I putting aside the Corrie 1 hour you have on Sunday's its only on 3 times a week during weekdays! I guess thats the closest we will ever get!

Cant think of anything worse than 3 hour long Emmerdale's a week.

What is "Only Chance"?

It's still the same amount of Corrie and Emmerdale though surely?

I don't believe they're true. When ITV announced that Where The Heart Is was not returning, they said they wanted to make better use of the Sunday 8pm slot, with new shows alongside Heartbeat, The Royal and Wild At Heart. The fact they specifically said the 'Sunday 8pm slot' makes me think there won't be any major schedule changes anytime soon.

Pity.
