Well, with the regionals up, the ITV logos are not proving too bad, however some people hate them! I quite like the news and the ITV3 idents/ logos myself On the whole in my opinion- not bad: what's yours?:
I have to say that I'm not overly keen about the new logos and idents as a whole. I think the old ITV1 logo/idents were better. However, I think the changes to ITV News are a vast improvement. I'd have to say that the news is the best part of today's changes.
I agree. itv's previous presentation package was poor, and rather inconsistant - this has providid a solid basis for all of the channels across the itv network. the itv2 idents in particular are good
TBH i dont like the new itv1 idents. they just look like another advert or promotion. they dont seem to grab the viewres attention like the BBCONE idents do. i know some people dont like the dancers but they do catch your eye, and you instantly know what channel your watching without looking at the logo.
and another point is the logo. the old style logo looked more profetional (although some branded it a copy of the BBC logo). but theirnew logo is a clean and simple logo.
maybe the idents will grow on me just have to wait and see.
I will always prefer graphical idents over live action so based on that I prefer the old idents.
That's not saying I dislike the new ones, although they are very 'Five'
It'll be interesting to see if the general public has any reaction to them. If they are hated like the BBC dancers or if they generate no opinion at all.
The news is good although I don't like the new music. Also they could have just teal-ed up the old titles and it would have done enough

I have to say, I'm really disappointed with itv1's idents they were quiet, and the reminded me of a Nivea advert, they are happy and warm but sadly this would seem like a advert rather then a Ident. ITV News has dramatically improved and I like the new backdrop in the national studio who ever though of it should be given a medal, the astons and graphics are more up to standard especially the regional news versions. ITV2 meets it's target audience the Ident are very upbeat, ITV3 a bit boring but I see the concept.

Couldn't be more right. I think they have done a good job to the news and regionals!!! ITV1 logo isn't bad but like you say the idents are a bit strange like five.
I tend to agree with what a lot of people have wrote here.
Personally ITV 2 is my favourite if only because there is quite a lot going on in them. ITV 3's are alright although the soundtrack seems a bit too non descript.
ITV1's however I must say I am less that impressed with, when I first saw it I though it was a promo for the channel or life insurance rather than and ident of any sort.
Interesting to see ITV PRODUCTIONS caption at the end of Emmerdale, didn't expect to see that. Also liked the new ITV News titles, looks as though a lot more money spent on them.
All in all not bad, mainly let down by ITV 1 but ITV 2 & ITV News means it wasn't all bad, in my opinion anyway
