Itv And Bbc Regional On Ntl: Home Cable

Hi i have recently got ntl home - and was wondering if it was possible to get all BBC Regions like on Sky? and also th efrequencies for ITV regions like those that were posted on the forum for the benefit of Sky viewers?

The simple answer to your question is NO .

On cable systems, the only services which you can access are those that the cable company thinks you should watch, or be able to watch at an additional subscription cost.

Why have you posted this in two seperate threads? (for other, see Requests)

Unless you are one of those lucky NTL customers who get the BBC One Nations in addition to their own region.

Now you can watch River City. *Joy*.

all ntl digital customers can receive the bbc1 nations (926-929). and if your area overlaps two itv regions, then you get both.
and ntl don't have any plans to add any other (apart from your own) itv regions. bbc2 is a possiblity though!

I live in South Wales and have NTL and can pick up HTV Wales, HTV West and Carlton-Westcountry. I can also get both S4C and Channel 4. I dont have any other BBC regions other than BBC Wales though, not that id watch them anyway, mainly stick to ITV and C4.
