ITV - AXE People's Court

Is it true that The People's Courst was the final ever edition this morning on ITV1? I have watched a few episodes this week as I've got a week off and I have quite enjoyed it! The cases, the judges, Carol etc have all been great. And the theme tune is great too. Certainly better than the 7 to 8 or so years or Trisha we have had to endure at 9.25am!

It will be a shame if this was the last ever programme. Carol did say that it was the end of the "current" series. Anyone know? :

are you kidding? I was ill yesterday so though i'd give it a go and was amazed at how truly aufull the storys were. Mainly chavs and law breakers. The presenting was not up to scratch either.

The part i found most exiting was looking for the copyright SMG/STV/Grampian

Nope...not kidding - truly an excellent show!

It did eventually turn into a half decent show HOWEVER they needed to tone the 'realism' down a bit and axe the female judge.

Judge Jerome was extremely funny the other day when he made someone wear a truly awful shirt and then when Carol went to see him at the end he was wearing the same shirt

I love the peoples court - purely for amusement value - as a student it has been compulsive viewing! - Everything about the show is great - its not meant to be taken seriously! I am sceptical however that the text ticker is real - as the texts come up before something has been mentioned sometimes! It would be sad if it doesn't come back - I do agree however that viewers should be able to text but not vote - thats what the judges are for! The music is the best part of it though - so suited to a US 80's soap!

So will it be coming back or not? And is there anywhere I could download the music for this show. I notice in the Requests thread about this has thrown up no responses.
