ITV 4 being trailed by other ITV channels

Any idea what's happening regarding promoting ITV 4 on other ITV channels?

So far I've only heard tonight's ITV 1 announcer promoting whatever ITC prog is on or First Wave, but will they be altering the ECP & Now/Next to accomodate ITV 4 as well ?

They'll wait till the rebrand in January, no doubt.
