The ITV4 on M&M slots should end soon, when Border region has ITV4 and the ITVNC timeshare restored. There'll be no need for it after that.
ITV4 simulcasts on M&M (on Sky) should end tonight - or tomorrow at the latest. I don't believe there are simulcasts on Freeview - if there are it is a waste of bandwith!
I am wondering about your strange connection to ITV1 Border region on Freeview? ITV4 and ITVNC will continue to timeshare (for the whole country) until Feb/Mar 2006 when ITV Kids/Brats (whatever they call it) will replace ITVNC (unless they have stopped M&M or found another slot).

Yes, the simulcasts are on M&M on all platforms.

Border is the only region where Mux 2 has not yet been reengineered to allow ITV News and ITV4 to be squeezed in, so those channels are still unavailable in that region.
The new multiplexer is due to be installed mid-month.

Is ITV4 not available on sky yet, although there keep putting it on M&M for boxing?
But is available on freeview & cable for only 7hours broadcast.

or is it going to be time sharing with M&M?
Currently ITV4 is on air on NTL and Freeview (I'm unsure about Telewest). It time shares on Freeview with the ITV News Channel, that now only airs between 6am and 6pm on freeview.
ITV4 will begin broadcasting on Sky, EPG number 120 from Monday 7th November 2005.
Currently as ITV4 is not available on SKY, the launch night, and the football and boxing have been similcast on Men & Motors so that all viewers could see it.
