Is it the same as the other channels except with the ITV4 logo, or is the background different to the normal blue?

Someone seems to be messing about with the graphics - just saw this graphic for about 3 seconds before it reverted back to the ITV4 logo.

The more I look at this new logo the more I like it! I didn't rate the new ITV logo but it is growing on me now! Can't wait for the full rebrand!!!

It was used through the day wasn't it? Yet when ITV3 launched, they didn't have a preview programme. I'm hoping that the preview will be more that back to back trailers, though I doubt we'll have anything along the lines of the ITV2 opening show, though who knows!

It's the same background as the others. Only difference is it has Teletext on ITV4 on it.

Is this channel starting at 6pm or 7pm, there are conflicting images in this thread.

It's definately 7.00pm tonight, though on both Freeview and NTL EPG's it does say that ITV4 Preview will be airing between 6 and 7pm, though all we've had since 5.45pm on Freeview and NTL ITV4 is the logo, no preview yet.

EDIT: Previews just started at about 6.10pm.

The ITV News Channel has shutdown for the evening now, but at the moment I'm still only seeing the ITV4 still.

ITV4 logo still here on DTT in Wales. According to the EPG the preview starts at 18:30 now!

They ran the Invasion Iowa, Kojak and Crank Yankers proms a few times then decided to switch back to the static logo.

Just a thought here......

As Men and Motors is simulcasting ITV4's launch night tonight - it's a shame that the DTT bandwidth could've been used to give the ITV News Channel one more night's transmission.

It is totally superflous to broadcast the same programmes on two different channels taking up two separate parts of the bandwidth!
Of course this only applies to DTT and not Sky where there are other issues! lol
