It looks dreadful for utv. It doesn't work well with the dot and the tv text.

No new idents for utv either. Terrible.

The ‘tv’ bit in the dot should be the light grey/off-white colour. That would fix the issue.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. The 'tv' bit can hardly be seen and seems such an easy fix. Plus it would then include all 3 colours rather than just 2.

I have to say I don't like the end board design. I think it looks rather messy. Is it supposed to look like 3 bits of cut out paper? If you look at the right hand side for that The Voice end board, the dark grey paper hasn't even been cut in a straight line, or is that intentional?

In my opinion, to keep the UTV brand, when it has almost no difference compared to the ITV one, isn't worth the effort

BTW has something changed on ITV3 and ITV4? These are in need to be "uniformed", IMO

I think it's telling that UTV didn't get the new refresh but now have an on screen look that's a mash-up of two different looks. ITV didn't bother having a new look made/adapted for UTV. As this is a year long campaign, I imagine that 1st January 2020 will be when the ITV name takes over in NI and UTV will only be seen or heard when the local news comes on.

ITV 4 and 3 still retain their branding from 2013, I'm afraid.

Has anything changed on itv2?
