I see there's a news safe version. Local news just got intro'd with the usual soundtrack.
Like all good art they divide opinion, I don’t particularly get a festive feeling from these idents, although the music helps. Last weeks will be hard to top in the weeks and months to come.

It’s nothing to do with the appearance, I agree it does feature elements synonymous with the season, however last week’s had a warmth and a charm from the craftsmanship of the buildings and small Christmas decorations to the representation of hills and twinkling lights.
Oranges, cranberries and holly? Looks Christmassy to me.

I feel the opposite - this week is the most festive set so far. Last week's (without the Christmas decorations, naturally) could have been used at any time of the year.

Have ITV confirmed it? It’s just I saw a tweet the other day saying it was the penultimate week.
I would be happy to see 'Project 104'. Some weeks have been a little ropey but on the whole I think it’s been a really nice package for the channel.
Lovely Christmas ones so far too, amongst the nicest of all of them I think.

Maybe, for balance, next week‘s ident should be a council house plastered in flashing B&M decs spelling out the ITV logo.

There's a double page ad in the Christmas Radio Times for 'Kylie and mates' before the Queen's speech on ITV. After a quick Google search it appears to part of a new advertising campaign from the Australian tourism board.
It's already the most watched programme on Christmas Day!
