Easy. ITV Night-time idents/coming next captions are pre-recorded once only, ie every time before say CD-UK, they play the same ident/voice-over, so the announcer's voice changes over the course of the night. The Meatloaf thing was a one-off rather than a series, so was made in a new batch, and they forgot to brand it itv instead of itv1 with all the rest.
